Mid-Range Fold Adjustment

2620 Pickoff Adjustment

The Pickoff should only feed one sheet of paper at a time. If the pickoff is feeding two or more sheets at a time or no paper at all, then adjustment is necessary. Adjustment of the pickoff is done by turning the thumbscrew counter clockwise if it is picking two sheets. Then turn Clockwise if it isn't picking any.

Wick Adjustment and Replacement

Wick Adjustment
If forms do not seal completely, identify the wick in need of adjustment and move the red adjuster one notch closer to the sheet. If the form is too moist, move the adjuster away from the sheet. If wicks are dry, remove them and soak in hot water. For wick removal see next step.

Wick Replacement
Over time the wicks become worn and must be replaced. Remove the thumbscrews from each reservoir lid and remove the wicks. Replace the wicks with the adjuster tab facing up and the tapered and tail of the wick in the water.
