Troubleshooting
WHEN OPENING THE 2620 POWER FEEDER THERE SHOULD BE THREE SEPARATE
PACKAGES WITH THE PICTURES SHOWN BELOW.

SIDE LATCH PACKAGE TO SECURE THE 2620 POWER FEEDER AND THE 2612
FOLDER/SEALER.

STACKER EXTENSION PACKAGE TO ACCOMMODATE DIFFERENT FORM LENGTHS.

SPRING BLOCK PACKAGE THIS IS ONLY REQUIRED IF YOUR 2612 FOLDER/SEALER
HAS SPRING TENSIONERS.
Kit Includes: a: Spring Block Handle
B: Left & Right Blocks

Set the spring block handle between the lower mounting pin and
the spring-loaded lever.

Rotate the spring block handle until the spring-loaded lever bottoms
out. Do not over rotate.

Slip the spring block so that the grooves on the block line up
with the edges of the rectangular hole on the side frame.

Remove the handle. Repeat on the other side.
Adjust the height of the 2612 Folder/sealer. Use a 5/8" open-end
wrench, loosen the nut of the glides. From the tabletop, measure
approximately 1 1/8" to the bottom of the plastic side covers.
Plug the right angle power cord into the 2612.

Locate the mounting pins on the 2612 Folder/Sealer. Line up and
set the mounting notches of the 2620 Feeder to the mounting pins.

Install side latch on the mounting pin. The two slots line up with
two holes on the 2620 Feeder.

Secure side latch with two thumbscrews.

Install side latches with gear cover on the operator side and secure
with two thumbscrews.
The 2620 Power Feeder provides double free steady forms to the
2612 Folder/Sealer. Attach the stacker extension using the two knobs
provided.

Load the forms and adjust the width using the right tray guide
on top of your 2620 Power Feeder.

The double detector is set at the factory for most forms. When
setting up your 2620 check the double detector to the form. Take
one sheet of the form and fold it in half and put it through the
rollers of the double detector. Adjust the double detector knob
at the top of the feeder so the red light will come on when two
forms go through at the same time.

Then push the start button on top of the 2620 feeder. The two gray
rollers will touch the forms first, this will start the gray rollers
to take the forms forward to the rollers of the 2612 Folder/Sealer.
The pick off height is set at the factory, the knob will allow you
to adjust the gray rollers. When the gray rollers eventually wear
out, the operator may easily replace them by removing the two blue
clips.

If a double occurs the red light should come on. If this should
happen, push the top button and the stack will go down. Then pull
the forms that caused the jam from the feeder and restack them.
Then push the top button and the 2620 Power Feeder should be working
properly. NOTE: You dont have to wait until the stack reaches
the bottom to restart the feeder.
