First Fold Created with another fold on top of it. Example:

Set First fold adjustment.
This may be found on top of machine. |
| One side of form not sealing |
- Turn machine off and let sit for 3 minutes to let water
drain.
- Remove Wick Tank.
- Check Wick length. If needed, replace wick (s).
- Run Hot Tap water over wick material, top and bottom,
for 2 minutes.
- Dry tank surface to prevent water dripping into machine.
- Re-install wick tank, making sure it is firmly seated.

- Remove water bottle and clean thoroughly
- Fill with hot tap water and re-install in machine
- Add three caps full of bleach to water bottle
- Turn on machine and let circulate for 30 minutes
- Remove water bottle and empty
- Re-install water bottle and refill

| Will not pickup forms from paper in feed. Motor making "humming"
noise |
Use T-wrench to turn internal rolls counter-clockwise 1 turn
and try again |
| Intermittent operation - folder cycles on and off; won't auto
feed, but will single feed |

| What can I use to clean the rollers? |
A glass cleaner such as "409" is recommended
Do not use alcohol! |
| What maintenance is required on the unit? |
Empty and clean water bottle on a regular basis (at least
once every two weeks)
Clean exit rollers every run
Clean take-up rollers once a month. (These are located over
the paper cassette tray. Clean with a soapy rag. They are
not removable, but may be turned freely to aid cleaning)
