Post sale service is a critical part of a successful pressure seal system. At some point those running a pressure seal form and machine will require technical support and/or service of the folder sealer. Downtime and delays in processing mission critical documents is unacceptable. InfoSeal provides "First Call" service on all the forms and machines that we sell. Our phone support technicians are available toll-free from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern time five days a week. If we cannot solve the support issue over the phone we provide next business day on site support nationwide. Same day premium level service is available in some cities. The InfoSeal Self Seal Service support procedure is as follows:
- End users call our toll free support line or send an email to our support service.
- Our techs will resolve the issue or at least improve the condition to a level where forms processing can be completed. The issue is typically classified as one of the following:
a. Laser or impact printer issue prior to folder/sealer processing
b. Forms related issue (please read the InfoSealPS FAQ for common forms related issues)
c. Folder/sealer mechanical issue
d. Operator training issue e. Some combination of the above
- If necessary an onsite support visit will be dispatched on a minimum next business day response time.
- Final resolution of the problem is certified with a written report to the distributor and end user with a summary of the resolution. A successful pressure seal system requires proper operator training, top quality forms, a quality pressure seal machine and rapid resolution of problems should they arise.
